Americian Animal Hospital Association You can be further assured of receiving the highest quality medical advice and procedures by being aware of our accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association. There are only about 1500 veterinary hospitals in Canada and the United States which have obtained this recognition. We have a FOUR YEAR accreditation! AAHA accreditation is granted only to those clinics that meet specified standards for sanitation and sterility, medical techniques, quality equipment, medical recordkeeping and laboratory and examination rooms, among many other things. These clinics must provide state of the art equipment and care. The WVC's AAHA acreditation is renewed every four years, only after strict reevaluation by the Association.
